Dr Zimbini Sigoxo
Meet Dr Zimbini Sigoxo, a dedicated dentist who obtained her Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from the University of Pretoria in 2024. She also holds a BMCP qualification from Walter Sisulu University, completed in 2017. Her training provided her with a strong foundation in preventive, restorative, and clinical dentistry, with additional training in fixed orthodontics for beginners.
Dr Sigoxo has experience in both hospital and clinical settings, having worked at Adelaide Hospital and All Saints Hospital. During this time, she gained hands-on experience in tooth extractions, restorative dentistry, preventive care, denture construction, and the management of acute and chronic oral conditions. She chose dentistry out of a passion for improving patients’ quality of life through better oral health, combining science, skill, and compassion in her work.
Outside of dentistry, Dr Sigoxo enjoys continuous learning, working collaboratively with others, and activities that support personal growth and well-being. Dr Sigoxo takes a compassionate, patient-centred approach, focusing on clear communication and high-quality, ethical dental care to ensure every patient feels comfortable, informed, and respected.
